CNNP Rich Energy Corporation Limited agreed to acquire Jinchang Guoneng Solar Power Co., Ltd. from East Group Co.,Ltd for approximately CNY 300 million on September 24, 2023. As of September 27, 2023 CNNP Rich Energy Corporation Limited and East Group entered into a share transfer agreement. As of June 30, 2023, Jinchang Guoneng Solar Power Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 498.3 million and Total common equity of CNY 338.9 million.

As of September 26, 2023 East Group's board of director's approved the transaction.
