Its subsidiaries include E & O Property Development Berhad (E&OPROP), Dynamic Degree Sdn. Bhd., E & O Developers Sdn. Bhd., Eastern & Oriental Hotel Sdn. Berhad, Matrix Promenade Sdn. Bhd., and others. E&OPROP is engaged in investment holding and provision of management services.
