Yunnan Industrial Investment Holding Group Co. Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire 8% stake in Easy Visible Supply Chain Management Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600093) from Central Yunnan Industry Development Group Co.,Ltd. for CNY 1.3 billion on March 17, 2020. Under the terms, Central Yunnan Industry Development Group Co.,Ltd. will transfer 89.8 million shares of Easy Visible Supply Chain Management to Yunnan Industrial Investment.
