Easycall Communications Philippines, Inc. approved the election of Socorro Z. Niro as president, Renato Vicente R. Martinez as General Manager /Investor Relations Officer, Jose Enrique C. Santiago as Treasurer. J. Roberto C. Delgado has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Modesto N. Cervantes, Rafael M. Garcia III as members. J. Roberto C. Delgado has been appointed as Chairman of the Compensation Committee and Modesto N. Cervantes, Felipe P. Araullo as members. Felipe P. Araullo has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Socorro Z. Niro and Zaki Antoni H. Delgado as members.
