Blackpool Acquisition Update

Following the announcement of 24th September 2018, easyHotel plc, the owner, developer and operator of "super budget" branded hotels, is pleased to confirm that it has now completed the acquisition of its new site in Blackpool.

Planning permission for the 104 - room purpose-built hotel has recently been granted and works are due to commence over the summer. Alongside the hotel the site will include A3 space for restaurants or cafes on the ground floor, which is expected to be let or sold once the development has been completed. The hotel is expected to open in the second half of 2020.

Located on the city's iconic Promenade, the hotel will be ideally situated less than 500 metres from Blackpool South Sta on in the heart of the premier seaside resort in the North of England, which a racts more than 10 million visitors every year.
