Effective April 23, 2007, Heidi L. Steiger has been appointed as a Trustee of Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Fund II (NYSE:EOS) and Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Global Dividend Opportunities Fund (NYSE:ETO) (the ?Funds?). Ms. Steiger is a new addition to the current Boards of these Funds.

Ms. Steiger is the President of the global wealth management firm, Lowenhaupt Global Advisors, LLC. Prior to joining Lowenhaupt Global Advisors, LLC, Ms. Steiger was President and Contributing Editor of Worth Magazine (2004) and Executive Vice President, Global Head of Private Asset Management at the investment firm, Neuberger Berman (from 1986 to 2004). Ms. Steiger also serves on the boards of Nuclear Electric Insurance Ltd. and Aviva USA, both of which are insurance providers. Ms. Steiger holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Boston College in English and communications. The Boards have appointed Ms. Steiger as a member of the Audit Committee and the Governance Committee.

Ms. Steiger is not an ?interested person? of the Funds, as that term is defined in the Investment Company Act of 1940.
