EATON VANCE NEW YORK MUNICIPAL BOND FUND BOSTON, April 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Eaton Vance New York Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE MKT: ENX) (the "Fund"), a closed-end management investment company, today announced the earnings of the Fund for the three months ended December 31, 2014. The Fund's fiscal year ends on September 30, 2015.
For the three months ended December 31, 2014, the Fund had net investment income of $2,852,143 ($0.182 per share). In comparison, for the three months ended December 31, 2013, the Fund had net investment income of $3,022,596 ($0.190 per share).
Net realized and unrealized gains for the three months ended December 31, 2014 were $1,100,707 ($0.070 per share). In comparison, net realized and unrealized losses for the three months ended December 31, 2013 were $2,108,659 ($0.133 per share).
On December 31, 2014, net assets of the Fund were $221,042,969. The net asset value per share on December 31, 2014 was $14.12 based on 15,658,585 shares outstanding.
