The announcement reflects a reduction in the monthly distribution for Eaton Vance California Municipal Income Trust (AMEX:CEV), Eaton Vance Florida Municipal Income Trust (AMEX:FEV), Eaton Vance Michigan Municipal Income Trust (AMEX:EMI), Eaton Vance New Jersey Municipal Income Trust (AMEX:EVJ), Eaton Vance New York Municipal Income Trust (AMEX:EVY), Eaton Vance Ohio Municipal Income Trust (AMEX:EVO) and Eaton Vance Pennsylvania Municipal Income Trust (AMEX:EVP). The record date for the distributions is July 10, 2007, and the payable date is July 17, 2007. The ex-date is July 6, 2007.
