Ecovacs Robotics Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603486) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 150 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 95.83 per share.
The shares purchased will be used for subsequent sales in accordance with relevant regulations. The program will be valid till 3 months from approval of board.
