Sub: Outcome of the Board Meeting

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 and all other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations), we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company (the Board), at its meeting held today, declared an interim dividend of Re. 0.25 per share on the equity share of the face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2022.

Further, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Board has fixed April 9, 2022 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend. The payment of interim dividend will be made on or before April 25, 2022.

The meeting of the Board commenced at 5.30 p.m. and concluded at 5.50 p.m.
