Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners, S.A.S., Iris Capital, Edenred SA (ENXTPA:EDEN) and Patrice Thiry, founder and manager of ProwebCE made a bid to acquire remaining 23% stake in ProwebCE (ENXTPA:ALPRW) for 8.2 million on June 26, 2012. The buyers will acquire the remaining shares for 18 per share. Post offer, the buyers will initiate a squeeze-out for the remaining shares not corresponding to more than 5% of the capital. The transaction is subject to approval by regulatory authorities. Paper Audit acted as the accountant for the buyers.
