Why TransCanada won't back down on Keystone XL now

A good article in the Financial Post today on why TransCanada Pipelines will continue it's quest to build the 800,000+ bopd pipeline connecting Northern Alberta's and Saskatchewan's oil production to the refineries in the southern US Gulf coast.
