EDP Renováveis S A : EDPR informs about registration of share capital increase of EDPR

Madrid, May 23rd 2024: EDP Renováveis, S.A. ("EDPR" or the "Company") informs that, on this date, the deed relating to the share capital increase of the Company through the incorporation of reserves, resolved on April 23rd, 2024 through a resolution of the Board of Directors (pursuant to a delegation of authorities granted by the general shareholders meeting held on April 4th, 2024), has been registered with the Registro Mercantil de Asturias, for a nominal amount of €79,388,850.00, to be implemented through the issuance of 15,877,770 ordinary shares of the Company with a par value of 5 euros each. Therefore, approximately 97.7% of the incorporation rights issued in the scrip dividend program have been converted into shares and have therefore taken part in the share capital increase.
Following the share capital increase, the share capital of EDPR is now €5,199,279,355.00.
