Net profit amounted to EUR 425,000 (In July: EUR 473,000) due to negative change in interest rate swap fair value. For the year to date, the company has earned sales of EUR 5,606,000 (an increase compared to last year's + 19%). The EBITDA for the same period is EUR 4,435,000 (19% more than last year). The basis for the calculation of dividends (EBITDA minus corporate income tax expense minus loan and interest payments) would allow EUR 1,616,000 (50% per share) net dividends to be paid out on the basis of the results of the eight months of the fund.
