Particularity of the program, generous green terraces on the roofs, market garden roofs and shared growing containers will be accessible to each resident, regardless of the apartment inhabited. Also, photovoltaic panels, a restaurant with terrace, a square, a pedestrian mall and a wooded public garden will complete the layout of the place.

This large-scale project will require the presence of 4 cranes (2 for housing and 2 cranes for offices). 200 companions will be mobilized on this site.

With regard to energy performance, the offices are aiming for the ' Label BREAM EXCELLENT - E1C1 BETON BAS CARBONE ' certification (ecological label awarded to low-carbon buildings). Indeed, the infrastructure of the office buildings will be made exclusively of low-carbon concrete. As for the accommodation, they aim to obtain the ' BEE+ Label '.
