CVC Property Investments Pty Ltd and CVC Property Investments Pty Ltd entered into a binding agreement to acquire 35% stake in 79 Logan Road, Woolloongabba from Eildon Capital Fund (ASX:EDC) for AUD 8.4 million on April 5, 2023. CVC Property Investments Pty Ltd and UG Logan Road Pty Ltd will acquire 17.5% stake each. The proceeds from the sale will be invested into real estate debt and equity via the Eildon Funds Management where incremental risk-adjusted returns can be achieved.

As of June 27, 2023, the shareholders of Eildon have approved the transaction. As of June 27, 2023, all conditions precedent to the completion of the deal have been satisfied. The deal is expected to be completed on or around July 4, 2023.
