Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt - S.A.E (CASE:ADIB) made an offer to acquire the remaining 10.01% stake in El Kahera El Watania Investment (CASE:KWIN) for EGP 11 million on December 14, 2023. The offer price per share is EGP 10.5. Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt board of directors approved the transaction.
