Real Industry, Inc announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement for private placement of 362,073 shares at $48.33 per share for gross proceeds of $17,500,000 on May 9, 2018. The transaction involved participation from 210/RELY Partners, LP for 181,037 shares, Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (NYSE:GSBD), a fund managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. for 46,214 shares, Goldman Sachs Private Middle Market Credit LLC, a fund managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. for 69,386 shares and Goldman Sachs Middle Market Lending Corp for 65,436 shares.
