Thrace Greenhouses S.A. entered into a draft merger agreement to acquire Elastron Agricultural Commercial and Industrial Societe Anonyme from Elastron S.A. (ATSE:ELSTR) on March 29, 2017. The merger is subject to approval by the pertinent state authorities and shareholders of Thrace Greenhouses S.A. As of June 22, 2017 shareholders of Thrace Greenhouses S.A. approved the deal. As of July 28, 2017 pertinent state authorities approved the deal.
