Electra Real Estate Ltd. (Electra) is an Israel-based company active within the real estate industry. It invests in real estate development and construction projects independently or through partnerships. Electra owns approximately 100 yielding assets, and another 11 projects under development. The Company is engaged in the commercial properties sector including office buildings, shopping malls, logistics centers and hotels. The Company owns five office buildings with long-term leases to the British Government, banks and insurance companies. It owns nine office buildings in Cleveland, Saint Louis, Norfolk, Atlanta, Louisville and Chicago, in the United States. Electra also has properties in Canada, Germany, Switzerland, The Netherlands and Belgium and India.
