Fabriano, 1° agosto 2023 - Si rende noto che, in data odierna, il verbale dell'Assemblea straordinaria del 27 luglio che ha approvato le modifiche statutarie e lo statuto sociale modificato ed iscritto presso il Registro delle Imprese delle Marche in data 1° agosto 2023, sono stati depositati e sono disponibili per chiunque ne faccia richiesta presso la sede della Società, presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio 1Info all'indirizzo www.1info.it e sono consultabili sul sito internet della Società https://corporate.elica.com/it.

Lo Statuto sociale, in particolare, modificato nella version clean e con evidenza delle modifiche, è consultabile al link https://corporate.elica.com/it/governance/documenti-societari.

Le modifiche riguardano principalmente le modalità di partecipazione, convocazione e svolgimento delle riunioni degli organi della Società, così come l'estensione della durata della Società ed altri allineamenti a disposizioni normative e di governance.

Fabriano, August 1, 2023 - We hereby inform you that, on today's date, the minutes of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 27 July, which approved the By-Laws amendments and the amended By-laws and registered with the Companies Register of the Marche on August 1, 2023, have been deposited and are available to anyone who requests them at the Company's headquarters, at the 1Info storage mechanism at www.1info.it and can be consulted on the Company's website https://corporate.elica.com/en.

The amendments mainly concern the procedures for attending, convening and holding meetings of the Company's bodies, as well as the extension of the duration of the Company and other alignments with regulatory and governance provisions.
