The Debenture Committee of the Board of Directors of Embassy Office Parks Management Services Private Limited, Investment Manager of Embassy Office Parks REIT which met on April 23, 2019 has approved the issue of rupee denominated, listed, rated, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures by the Embassy Office Parks REIT on a private placement basis for an aggregate amount of INR 36,500,000,000/split into two tranches i.e. Tranche A and Tranche B wherein Tranche A shall be for an aggregate amount of INR 30,000,000,000 and Tranche B shall be for an aggregate amount of INR 6,500,000,000.
