eMemory Technology Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 594.28 million compared to TWD 441.26 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 277.18 million compared to TWD 168.58 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.72 compared to TWD 2.26 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.71 compared to TWD 2.26 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,732.43 million compared to TWD 1,279.97 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 813.89 million compared to TWD 514.66 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 10.92 compared to TWD 6.92 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 10.89 compared to TWD 6.9 a year ago.
eMemory Technology Inc is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture, and distribution of wafers, as well as provision of technical services. The Company is also engaged in the development and application of embedded non-volatile memory chips and various control chips. The Company also acquires license fees, usage fees, non-recurring engineering (NRE) fees and royalties from the licensing of its silicon intellectual property (SIP) to customers. Its products are applied in the information equipment, automobiles, home appliances, communication equipment and consumer electronics. The Company provides its products and services in domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, the Americas, Europe and Africa.
