eMemory Technology Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 787.09 million compared to TWD 790.61 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 405.9 million compared to TWD 406.43 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 5.44 compared to TWD 5.45 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 5.43 compared to TWD 5.43 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 2,151.47 million compared to TWD 2,314.01 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 1,070.69 million compared to TWD 1,181.37 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 14.35 compared to TWD 15.84 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 14.31 compared to TWD 15.77 a year ago.
eMemory Technology Inc is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture, and distribution of wafers, as well as provision of technical services. The Company is also engaged in the development and application of embedded non-volatile memory chips and various control chips. The Company also acquires license fees, usage fees, non-recurring engineering (NRE) fees and royalties from the licensing of its silicon intellectual property (SIP) to customers. Its products are applied in the information equipment, automobiles, home appliances, communication equipment and consumer electronics. The Company provides its products and services in domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, the Americas, Europe and Africa.
