Emirates REIT CEIC PLC is a United Arab Emirates-based entity which is primarily engaged as Sharia compliant Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). The Company has approximately USD 842.7 million of assets under management in its portfolio. The Company’s portfolio comprises of seven commercial assets (including retail at two locations) and four education assets. The commercial section of the portfolio is comprised of mix-use properties, including one of the REIT key income-producing assets, Index Tower. The two retail malls in the portfolio serves the surrounding communities.
