Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a Malaysia-based industrial real estate investment trust. The Trust owns and invests primarily in industrial and office real estate. The primary investment objectives of the Trust are to provide unitholders of the Trust with a stable and growing distribution of income, and to achieve long-term growth in the net asset value (NAV) per unit of the Fund. The Trust owns a portfolio of approximately 62 investment properties, comprising office and industrial buildings, logistics warehouses, hypermarkets, and manufacturing facilities located in Malaysia.
