EMPRESA DISTRIBUIDORA ELÉCTRICA REGIONAL S.A.
La Rioja province entered into an agreement to acquire 32% stake in Edelar S.A. from Empresa Distribuidora Electrica Regional, S.A. (BASE:EMDE) for $12.3 million on April 20, 2012. The consideration will be paid through the transfer of certain power installations owned by La Rioja.
