Empresas ICA may file for bankruptcy, as of March 9, 2016. The company may file for bankruptcy if it fails to restructure its hefty debt load outside of Court. ICA has defaulted on about $60 million in interest payments since December.

It hired FTI Consulting and investment bank Rothschild to help it engineer business and restructuring plans.
