Nexus Management Plc ("Nexus" or "the Company") Invalid requisition for a General MeetingNexus Management Plc, the AIM quoted provider of specialist IT Managed Services, announces that the Company has received a purported requisition from Graham Stoddart-Stones requesting the Board to convene a General Meeting. However, the Board is advised that the requisition is invalid pursuant to the Companies Act 2006 and the terms of the Company's Articles and accordingly will not convene a general meeting of the Company as requested.
