MIP V International AIV, L.P. agreed to acquire Gasoducto de Morelos, S.A. Promotora de Inversión de C.V./Morelos O&M, SAPI de C.V from Elecnor, S.A. and Enagás, S.A. for approximately $170 million.

MIP V International AIV, L.P. agreed to acquire Gasoducto de Morelos, S.A. Promotora de Inversión de C.V./Morelos O&M, SAPI de C.V from Elecnor, S.A. (BME:ENO) and Enagás, S.A. (BME:ENG) for approximately $170 million on December 17, 2021. The transaction is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions and will likely close during 2022. Antonio Morales, Jose Morán and Juanjo Corral of Baker McKenzie has advised Enagás and Elecnor on the agreement.

Vision & Elkins and Gómez Calvillo advised inthe deal.
