Horpestad) has today purchased 12,750,000 shares in Endúr ASA at an average price per share of NOK 0.902. Post the purchase Gimle Invest AS owns 25,056,513 shares in Endúr ASA. Artec Holding AS (a company closely associated with board member Bjørn Finnøy) has today purchased 8,500,000 shares in Endúr ASA at an average price per share of NOK 0.902. Post the purchase Artec Holding AS owns 304,628,789 shares in Endúr ASA. Bever Holding AS (a company closely associated with Vidar Pettersen, who has the right to attend board meetings) has today purchased 8,500,000 shares in Endúr ASA at an average price per share of NOK 0.902. Post the purchase Bever Holding AS owns 94,027,899 shares in Endúr ASA.
