ENECHANGE Ltd. completed the acquisition of EVsmart business Ayudante, Inc. for ¥300 million.

ENECHANGE Ltd. (TSE:4169) agreed to acquire EVsmart business from Ayudante, Inc. for ¥300 million on September 30, 2022. Transaction is expected to be completed on October 31, 2022.
