Eneco Refresh Limited announced that it has appointed Mr. Colin Moran as Non-Executive Chairman. Mr. Moran was appointed an Independent Non-Executive Director on 7 October 2021. He is currently an Executive Director of Eneco Energy Ltd, a company listed on the Singapore Exchange.

He is also a director of RWB Corporation Pty Ltd. which directly owns RWB Marine Australia Ltd. and Milde Marine Pty Ltd. The group is one of the import marine distributors in Australia with over 10,000 stock items and offices in 4 states. Prior to that Mr. Moran was Chief Executive Officer of Eneco Energy Ltd, a SGX listed entity and Richland Logistics group, Singapore. He has previously held senior management positions in CEVA Logistics, TNT Express and TNT Logistics over a 21-year period in Australia, Indonesia and Singapore.

Colin now resides in Sydney after 26 years in Asia in senior regional and country management roles. Eneco advised that Managing Director Mr. Henry Heng was served with a Prosecution Notice on 13 November 2023. The notice includes a total of eleven charges relating to the alleged failure to notify the market operator of changes in his interests in Eneco within 14 days of the change, and allegedly taking part in transactions that had or were likely to have the effect of creating or maintaining an artificial price for trading securities of Eneco.

The alleged matters relate to actions in 2020 and 2021. The matter is before the Courts and Eneco is not in a position to make any further comment at this time. Non-Executive Directors Mr. Moran and Mr. Michael Pixley will be assuming the responsibilities of overseeing the company during this time.

Eneco is currently looking for a suitable Chief Operating Officer who will play a pivotal role in guiding the strategic direction, operations, and overall success of the organisation into the future.
