EW2021: the first EW2021 in history has ended

EW2021, the first Energica week in history, has ended! It was an opportunity to celebrate together with partners, students, families, customers and our dealers, the values ​​we have been bringing to the world of two wheels for 10 years. Sustainability, innovation, enhancement of Made in Modena ingenuity and education of the new generations have always been the energy that drives the engine of Energica.

The opening day saw the Energica partners protagonists of road test rides on the saddle of Ego, Eva Ribelle or EsseEsse9, of networking activities and guided tours in ad hoc locations. Even those of the partners who were unable to experience the thrill of the road test ride managed to get on the Energica bike thanks to the driving simulator. We installed our Eva Ribelle RS version on the simulator, partially recreating the thrill of whizzing on an Energica motorcycle!

Special thanks go to the institutions, in particular to the President of the Emilia-Romagna Region Stefano Bonaccini, to the Mayor of Modena Gian Carlo Muzzarelli and to the Mayor of Soliera Roberto Solomita for the beautiful words spent during the inaugural speech of EW2021 at our headquarters. The institutional support of the Emilia-Romagna Region and the Motor Valley has filled us with pride, making us further understand that the path traced is the right one.

#StayChargedEDU - the Energica educational format

The second day of Energica week was an opportunity to celebrate the ingenuity made in Modena and to thank the Energica families. In the morning, CTO Giampiero Testoni, together with Energica engineers, held a seminar for some selected students of the MotoStudent project. It was an opportunity to deepen the link between mechanical and electronic engineering, a fundamental concept for the engineering department of the Modenese company. Very important was the changing exchange between the teacher group and the students.

Friday saw the first meeting of Energica customers in our Headquarters! A special thanks goes to them, to our dealers and customers, who starting from Holland, France, Germany and Switzerland have grinded kilometers on their Energica motorcycles to be able to celebrate with us. Their long journey was immediately rewarded thanks to the Green Party dedicated to them and the Service Point, which overhauled all the bikes of the customers present at the rally.

Not satisfied with kilometers, the following day we all left together towards the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli. Dozens of Energica customers traveled over 200km on their bikes to see the two final races of the MotoE championship. A unique riding experience!

On Sunday we witnessed a heart-pounding race that crowned Jordi Torres champion of the FIM Enel MotoE World Cup for the second consecutive year. On the stands, Energica customers and dealers attended the final race wearing their motorcycle suits, ready to celebrate, with a celebratory lap, the title victory with the Spanish champion. The celebration lap, led by Jordi Torres and our official tester Alessandro Brannetti, was an indescribable emotion, which represented the pinnacle of an adrenaline-pumping weekend.

Sunday evening we concluded the Energica Week with the exclusive Party organized at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli; the perfect way to close the first Energica Week ever. The story of the weekend, from Friday to Saturday, was told on Social Networks by two special people to whom we want to thank: Lorenzo Spavald and Vanessa Ruck. The influencers talked about the incredible emotions of the weekend in full electric, from the start at the Energica Headquarters to the final day.

The appointment is for next year. The countdown for EW2022 has just begun.
