Enersize Advanced Research AB (“Enersize” or “the Company”) announces that the Company has agreed on an extension of ongoing pilot projects with Scania Industrial Maintenance AB ("Scania"). The agreement entails an extension of the collaboration, which may include various forms of development projects, and that Scania evaluates more of Enersize's products.

In October 2017, Scania and Enersize Oyj agreed on the installation of Q+MONI (press release in Swedish). The installation in the facility regarding the pilot project was completed in May 2019.

The parties have now agreed on a 12-month extension of the pilot project. The agreement covers several different parts. Enersize will start charging a subscription fee for Q+MONI. Scania is also offered access to Q+LEAQS and Q+ZONE free of charge for three months to test the system. Scania will be able to upgrade key components in Q+MONI at a list price. Scania will be offered a development project enabling Q+MONI to read data from Scania's centralized OPC server, making it very easy to read any number of sensors that are connected to the OPC server and can expand the use of Q+MONI.

The parties intend to evaluate the cooperation during the 12 months of the agreement with a goal to expand the cooperation to support the work of optimizing energy and maintaining the compressed air system at the facility in Södertälje.
