MATERIAL FACT

ENEVA confirms commercial feasibility of the Fortuna accumulation in the Parnaíba Basin and estimates volume of gas-in-place (Pmean) at 6.78 Bcm (billion cubic meters)

Rio de Janeiro, February 26, 2021 - ENEVA S.A. ("ENEVA" or "Company") (B3: ENEV3), pursuant to article 157, paragraph 4 of Law no. 6.404/76, as amended, and to the provisions of CVM Instruction No. 358/2002, as amended, informs that it has submitted to the Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP), the Statement of Commercial Feasibility of the Fortuna accumulation, discovered in Block PN-T-102A, in the Parnaíba Basin. The Company requested to ANP approval for the Fortuna accumulation to be denominated Gavião Carcará Field.

Gavião Carcará is ENEVA's tenth gas field in the Parnaíba Basin. The Company acquired 66 km of 2D seismics over the structure and drilled two wells, the wildcat well and a second extension well. The volume of gas-in-place (VGIP) of the accumulation is estimated to range from 9.45 Bcm (P10) to 4.49 Bcm (P90), with a Pmean of 6.78 Bcm. Additional two extension wells and 54 km of seismics are planned to complete the evaluation of the discovery.

The Company has up to 180 days to submit the field Development Plan to ANP.
