Change in the Executive Board

Rio de Janeiro, March 26, 2021 - ENEVA S.A. ("ENEVA" or "Companhia") (B3: ENEV3) informs its shareholders and the market in general that, during a meeting held on March 25, 2021, the Company's Board of Directors elected Mr. Marcelo Cruz Lopes to fulfill the position of Officer with no specific designation of the Company, who will take over the functions of New Business Development, Marketing and Gas and Energy Commercialization, to complement the Executive Board's remaining unified 3-year term of office. Marcelo will take office on May 1st, 2021.

Mr. Lopes has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense, an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Post-MBA in Negotiation and Leadership from the Kellogg Scholl of Management (Northwestern University, USA). He has a total 17 years of professional experience, having worked at Operador Nacional do Sistema Elétrico - ONS (Brazilian's National Electric System Operator), Petrobras and BR Distribuidora, where he held his prior position, of Chief B2B Officer.
