EnLink Midstream, LLC Declares Increases Quarterly Distribution, Payable on February 9, 2024

The Board of EnLink Midstream, LLC declared a cash distribution of $0.1325 per common unit for the fourth quarter of 2023, which represents an increase of approximately 6% from the third quarter 2023 distribution. The fourth quarter 2023 cash distribution will be paid on February 9, 2024, to unitholders of record on January 29, 2024.
EnLink Midstream, LLC provides integrated midstream infrastructure services for natural gas, crude oil, condensate, and NGLs, as well as CO2 transportation for carbon capture and sequestration (CCS). The Companyâs segments include Permian, which includes its natural gas gathering, processing, and transmission activities and its crude oil operations in the Midland and Delaware Basins in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico; Louisiana, which includes its natural gas and NGL transmission pipelines, natural gas processing plants, natural gas and NGL storage facilities, and fractionation facilities located in Louisiana; Oklahoma, which includes its natural gas gathering, processing, and transmission activities, and its crude oil operations in the Cana-Woodford, Arkoma-Woodford, northern Oklahoma Woodford, STACK, and adjacent areas, and North Texas, which includes natural gas gathering, processing, and transmission activities in North Texas.
