Talos Energy Inc. Enters into Memorandum of Understanding with EnLink Midstream, LLC

Talos Energy Inc. ('Talos' or the 'Company') announced that its entry into a memorandum of understanding with EnLink Midstream, LLC ('EnLink') to provide integrated CO2 transportation solutions in the region. These announcements mark the first major CCS project in the Baton Rouge /New Orleans area, known as the "River Bend CCS" project, and the first with an integrated midstream solution dedicated to permanent sequestration activities. Talos will be the project manager and operator of the injection, storage and monitoring and will be joined by its partner, Storegga Limited.
EnLink Midstream, LLC provides integrated midstream infrastructure services for natural gas, crude oil, condensate, and NGLs, as well as CO2 transportation for carbon capture and sequestration (CCS). The Companyâs segments include Permian, which includes its natural gas gathering, processing, and transmission activities and its crude oil operations in the Midland and Delaware Basins in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico; Louisiana, which includes its natural gas and NGL transmission pipelines, natural gas processing plants, natural gas and NGL storage facilities, and fractionation facilities located in Louisiana; Oklahoma, which includes its natural gas gathering, processing, and transmission activities, and its crude oil operations in the Cana-Woodford, Arkoma-Woodford, northern Oklahoma Woodford, STACK, and adjacent areas, and North Texas, which includes natural gas gathering, processing, and transmission activities in North Texas.
