5.Cause of occurrence:
The Company has declared dividends distribution by cash and the
conversion price for the convertible bonds shall be adjusted
accordingly.
6.Countermeasures:
(1)The conversion price of the Unsecured CB3 shall be adjusted from
NT$221.2 to NT$213.6.
(2).The conversion price of the Unsecured CB4 shall be adjusted from
NT$219.1 to NT$211.6
(3).The conversion price of the privately placed 1st domestic unsecured
convertible bonds shall be adjusted from NT$212.9 to NT$205.6
(4).The effective date of the above adjustment is Aug. 6, 2022.
