The lease contract has a duration until 2034/2033 respectively. The office part of Stenersgata 1 was acquired byEntra in 2015. The property is a combined shopping centre / office property located next to the central station inOslo . The property will undergo a stepwise re-development and the first phase involving 16,000 sqm is planned to start up during H1 2021.
