ENVEA GLOBAL made an offer to acquire remaining 18.33% stake in Envea Société Anonyme (ENXTPA:ALTEV) for €54 million. Under the terms offer price is €175. Pre acquisition ENVEA GLOBAL held 81.67% stake in Envea Société Anonyme.
