EOS imaging SA Appoints Michael J. Dormer as Chairman

EOS imaging SA announced that it has appointed Michael J. Dormer as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Dormer, who joined the EOS Board earlier this year, will leverage his over 30 years of knowledge and expertise to guide the company as it continues to execute its growth strategy throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia. Mr. Dormer has spent much of his career at Johnson & Johnson.

Mr. Dormer has also served on the Executive Committee of the medical device industry group AdvaMed.
