ERG S.P.A. Genoa, 29 June 2015 - Notice is hereby given that the deed of merger by incorporation of ERG Supply & Trading S.p.A. into ERG S.p.A. has today been signed and filed with the Companies' Register at the Genoa Chamber of Commerce. The real effects of the merger will commence from 1 July 2015; the effects of the merger for accounting and tax purposes will commence from 1 January 2015 (see Press Releases dated 12 March, 23 March and 24 April 2015).
This press release issued at 3.45 p.m. (CEST) on 29 June 2015, has been prepared pursuant to the Issuers' Regulations.
