Erickson Incorporated continues to expand its expertise and talent with the appointment of leadership and sales personnel across its enterprise. The new appointments include: Rob Lewis, Vice President and General Manager of the Commercial Business Unit; Andy Mills, Vice President of Global Business Development; Gary Starr, Vice President of Global Supply Chain; Erick Nodland as Global Director of Operations; John Patriarch, Sales Manager to the Department of Defense; and Chris Maynard, Business Development Manager. Rob Lewis, Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Business Unit, will lead and manage sales and operations for the business unit.

His background includes significant experience in growing businesses. Mr. Lewis held previous executive leadership roles at CAE Inc., Pentastar Aviation, and Sentient Flight Group.  He has also served in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Officer, and holds degrees from the United States Naval Academy in Physics and an MBA from Columbia University. Andy Mills, Vice President of Global Business Development, will lead Business development in identifying and capturing strategic growth opportunities for the company's Commercial Business, Government and MRO Units.

He will also oversee Erickson's geographic Business Development interests in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Americas, and Asia-Pacific regions. Mr. Mills previously served as Vice President of Commercial Aviation Services at Erickson and has transitioned to the new role, and will help pivot the business into emerging markets, broadening his influence over the company's strategic direction. Gary Starr, Vice President of Global Supply Chain, will bring Erickson's supply chain activities together across all of the company's geographies and business units to best meet customer needs, assure employees have the resources needed to conduct their activities, and drive efficiencies in procurement.

Mr. Starr has an extensive background in supply chain management with prior roles at Solar World USA, Tektronix/Danaher and Hewlett Packard. He has global experience with Chinese and European firms in past work. Erick Nodland, Global Director of Operations, will manage aerial operations across the company.

Mr. Nodland will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management to ensure the high level of safety, service, and appropriate regulatory compliance.  He joined Erickson from CHI Aviation, and previously served at the FAA as a Principal Operations Inspector for Air Carriers. Mr. Nodland has over three decades of military experience in the Air Force, Army, and National Guard, where he flew both fixed and rotor wing aircraft. John Patriarch, Sales Manager to the Department of Defense, will target government contract opportunities for the company's Global Defense and Security Business Unit.

Mr. Patriarch came to Erickson from United States Special Operations Command. He also held previous roles at United States Central Command and is a Naval Aviator with rotary wing and fixed wing flight instructor experience. Chris Maynard, Business Development Manager – Alaska, will grow Erickson's presence in the state for the company's Commercial Services Business Unit.

Mr. Maynard has held previous roles with ASRC Energy Service and Delta Leasing. He joins Erickson with significant experience in aerial fleet services management for energy exploration and tourism.
