Escalade, Incorporated announced that Anita Sehgal informed the board of directors of the company on March 6, 2024 that she has decided not to stand for re-election as a director at the Escalade 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Accordingly, Ms. Sehgal?s term as a director will end effective as of the date of the Annual Meeting of Stockholders, expected to be held May 8, 2024. Ms. Sehgal?s decision not to stand for re-election was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with Escalade or the Board on any matter relating to Escalade?s operations, policies or practices.
