Statement of Assets and Liabilities (Standalone and Consolidated) at the end of financial year March 31, 2024 (enclosed herewith).
Statement of Cash Flows (Standalone and Consolidated) for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 (enclosed herewith).
Dividend of Rs. 18 (180%) per fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2023-24 on all equity shares that will be held on the Record Date to be announced for the purpose, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
