ESCRIT INC. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the bridal business through the planning and operation of solemnization and receptions. The Company operates in two business segments. The Bridal segment is engaged in the operation of direct solemnization and reception facilities under the four styles: specialty ceremonial halls, guest houses, hotels and restaurants. The Others segment is engaged in the provision of accommodation services through the operation of bridal hotels, as well as the provision of banquet services through the operation of various parties, such as year-end parties, New Year parties, farewell parties, welcome parties and seminars, among others.
