Escrow Agent Japan, Inc. (TSE:6093) agreed to acquire Chuo Group Co., Ltd. from Breath Co., Ltd. for ¥34 million on August 24, 2017. Escrow Agent Japan, Inc. will acquire 400 shares of Chuo Group Co., Ltd. Prior to the transaction, Escrow Agent Japan, Inc. held no stake in Chuo Group Co., Ltd. and after the transaction, Escrow Agent Japan, Inc. will hold 100% stake in Chuo Group Co., Ltd. After the transaction, Chuo Group Co., Ltd. will operate as a subsidiary of Escrow Agent Japan, Inc. The Board of Directors of Escrow Agent Japan, Inc. passed a resolution for the transaction on August 24, 2017. The transaction is expected to be completed on September 1, 2017.
