Emasz Proposes Proposes Dividend

The management board of Emasz has made dividend recommendations to shareholders while calling annual general meetings for April 19, 2016. Emasz will pay HUF 3.35 billion of dividends out of its HUF 4.99 billion net profit. The management board is proposing a HUF 1,100 per share dividend.

Through its parent company RWE, the Company cooperates closely with its sister company, Budapesti Elektromos Muvek NyRt (ELMU). EMASZ and ELMU jointly operate Magyar Aramszolgaltato Kft. (MASZ Kft), a Hungarian electricity provider, which aims to recruit new customers and maintain the existing customer base of both ELMU and EMASZ. As of December 31, 2011, RWE Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH owned a 54.26% stake in the Company's capital share.
